Guest Relations Executive

Responsibilities and Duties

• Work closely with the managers in front desk operations management • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor. • Establish and maintain positive relationships with guests throughout their dining experience. • Ensure personalized service by addressing guests by name and anticipating their needs. • Manage and coordinate restaurant reservations efficiently. • Maintain an organized system for reservation records and guest preferences. • Ensure smooth and efficient seating of guests, taking into consideration preferences and special requests and communicating it to the appropriate departments. • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, or requests promptly and professionally. • Coordinate private events for large group reservations • Identify and acknowledge special occasions such as birthdays or anniversaries. • Coordinate with the culinary and service teams to enhance the guest experience during special events. • Solicit feedback from guests and ensure their satisfaction with the dining experience. • Communicate guest feedback to the management team for continuous improvement. • Identify VIP guests and regular patrons, ensuring they receive special attention and recognition. • Build relationships with repeat customers to enhance loyalty. • Promote restaurant promotions, events, and upsell menu items when appropriate. • Stay informed about daily specials, featured dishes, and wine selections. • Perform appropriate cashier activities as and when required • Service support as and when necessary.

Qualifications and Requirements

• At least 3 years relevant experience. • Diploma in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field preferred. • Experience in using Sevenrooms or other Reservation system preferred. • Proven experience in a guest relations or customer service role, preferably in a fine dining setting. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Impeccable grooming and professional appearance. • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
