Qualifications and Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Retail Management, or related field - Proven experience as Restaurant Manager or in Hospitality Management - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Financial management and budgeting skills - Customer service oriented
