Senior / Guest Service Executive

Description

The Senior/Guest Service Executive works closely with the Assistant Manager to ensure that all hotel guests receive courteous and timely service. This role involves addressing guest complaints, requests, and inquiries with professionalism and tact, while understanding guests' preferences to tailor services to their needs. The Executive stays well-informed about hotel facilities, functions, and local tourist information. They maintain a professional and courteous relationship with all hotel staff, ensuring effective communication across departments. Additionally, the role requires approaching any additional tasks assigned by superiors with diligence and professionalism.

Responsibilities and Duties

Collaborate with the Assistant Manager to ensure timely and courteous service for all hotel guests. Address guest complaints, requests, and inquiries promptly and tactfully. Understand guests' preferences to tailor services to their needs. Stay informed about hotel facilities, services, and local tourist information. Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with all hotel staff, ensuring effective communication. Approach additional tasks assigned by superiors with dedication and professionalism.

Qualifications and Requirements

O Levels or equivalent. Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and Public Holidays. Positive attitude with an outgoing personality and good communications skills. Those without experience are welcome to apply.
