Description

We are seeking a proactive, results-driven, and detail-oriented HR Manager with strong analytical skills to lead our expanding team. This role provides strategic direction for HR policy development, implementation, and review, collaborating closely with stakeholders to improve employee retention, reduce recruitment costs, and ensure consistent, high-quality staff training across all locations.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Manage all core HR functions, encompassing talent acquisition and onboarding, compensation and benefits administration, talent development, training initiatives, and payroll management. - Draft job postings and employment contracts, ensuring they comply with relevant legal guidelines. - Develop and deliver clear and effective presentations to enhance policy understanding. - Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. - Foster a positive and motivating work environment for employees. - Ensure consistent application of disciplinary procedures and adherence to company policies. - Balance employee well-being with organizational efficiency and profitability through effective policy recommendations. - Develop training and development programs, including tracking employee progress against defined promotion criteria. - Establish effective grievance resolution mechanisms. - Manage and mentor a team of HR and administrative staff, ensuring timely and accurate completion of HR-related tasks. - Collaborate with the operations team to ensure efficient staff allocation and contract renewals. - Analyze cost projections and implement cost-saving measures related to labor across all departments. - Develop comprehensive workforce policies for the entire organization. - Analyze market trends to propose and implement systematic improvements to HR practices. - Develop HR systems and organizational structures to improve overall effectiveness and efficiency. - Stay up-to-date with legal regulations and ensure consistent compliance. - Maintain robust business continuity plans. - Develop a comprehensive annual performance review process, incorporating employee productivity metrics and workforce budgeting. - Manage work permit applications, renewals, and cancellations for foreign employees. - Manage and administer the organization's annual insurance renewals. - Manage workplace injury and hospitalization claims. - Manage business license and permit applications and renewals. - Oversee other related administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field. - Minimum of three years of HR experience, including at least two years in an Assistant HR Manager role. - Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, especially in English. - A willingness to embrace new challenges and contribute to organizational growth. - Ability to manage multiple tasks, perform effectively under pressure, manage personal workload, delegate effectively, and monitor team productivity. - Strong talent acquisition skills, including identifying high-potential candidates with the necessary skills and ensuring they are a good cultural fit. - High ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality. - Exceptional time management skills and a focus on improving overall organizational efficiency. - Strong organizational and documentation skills, with a results-oriented mindset and an emphasis on using data analysis to inform standard operating procedures.
