Human Resource Assistant Manager

Description

This position oversees payroll processing and administration, ensuring adherence to all relevant legal obligations. Additionally, the role manages work permits, generates HR reports, supports daily HR functions, and communicates with pertinent governmental bodies. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in payroll management, strong analytical and organizational capabilities, and a comprehensive understanding of applicable regulations.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Generate various HR reports for both internal organizational use and external regulatory submissions. * Manage work permit applications, renewals, and other related employment applications. * Support the HR Manager in the daily execution of HR operations, including recruitment and communication with government agencies and regulatory authorities regarding diverse HR-related matters. * Manage payroll processing and administration to ensure compliance with all mandatory legislative requirements. * Perform other related tasks and projects as assigned by management from time to time.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Proficiency in standard office software, especially spreadsheet and word processing applications. * Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. * Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. * A solid grasp of statutory regulations and regulatory requirements. * At least eight years of experience managing payroll in a leadership capacity. * Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related discipline.
