Human Resource Manager (MNC Semiconductor | RBA Experience is required)

Description

This is a leadership role within a multinational semiconductor company (MNC) responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support business goals and a positive work environment. The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws and industry standards.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Lead, develop, and execute HR strategies and initiatives aligned with company objectives. * Establish and maintain comprehensive HR systems, policies, and procedures. * Foster a positive and productive work environment for all employees. * Oversee the recruitment process to attract and retain top talent. * Implement and manage a performance appraisal system to drive and enhance employee performance. * Conduct reviews of performance, compensation, and benefits. * Identify training needs and manage training programs to ensure employee development and compliance with ISO standards. * Act as a liaison between management and employees by addressing concerns, grievances, and other HR-related matters. * Provide HR-related insights and decision-making support to management. * Ensure adherence to Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) standards and all relevant legal requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements

*Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or a related field. * At least 5 years of experience in the Semiconductor or Manufacturing industry. * Experience with HR functions like Compensation & Benefits, Training, and compliance with Singapore employment laws. * Proficient in HR systems, databases, and practices. * Strong leadership and teamwork abilities with a hands-on approach. * Proven track record as an HR Manager or Executive. * Ability to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies. * Familiarity with Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) requirements.
