Responsibilities and Duties

-Menu Mastery & Supply Chain Savvy: Partner with culinary experts to develop enticing menus that resonate with our clientele. Oversee the acquisition of fresh, high-quality ingredients, ensuring cost-effectiveness and minimal waste. Conduct regular quality checks to guarantee consistent, top-tier food and beverage presentation. -Financial Acumen & Goal Achievement: Drive the restaurant's financial performance by meeting and exceeding established targets. Monitor expenses, analyze sales data, and implement strategies to maximize profitability. -Team Leadership & Service Excellence: Guide and motivate your team during each shift, fostering a culture of exceptional service. Champion and enforce the company's service standards to create a consistently delightful dining experience. -Strategic Collaboration & Event Coordination: Work closely with other management personnel to develop and execute innovative marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and special events. -Talent Acquisition & Development: Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and training of food service personnel. Create and maintain efficient staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage. -Guest Relations & Problem Resolution: Proactively address and resolve customer feedback and concerns related to food quality or service, ensuring customer satisfaction. -Operational Integrity & Reporting: Utilize the point-of-sale system to accurately process transactions and generate detailed sales reports. Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure the safe handling of company assets. Contribute to the daily operational flow, guaranteeing a seamless dining experience. -Adaptable Task Execution: Embrace and execute additional responsibilities as directed by senior management, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach.

Qualifications and Requirements

-A minimum of a general education certificate or equivalent, coupled with at least two years of practical experience in a related field. -Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling clear and effective interactions with staff and guests. Strong interpersonal abilities, fostering positive relationships and collaborative teamwork. -A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and maintaining high standards of service. -Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. -The ability to think on your feet, and adjust to the ever changing enviroment of a fast paced kitchen.
