We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Business Development Manager to join our team. This role involves conducting market research to identify potential clients and industry trends, managing both internal and external entity projects, and developing strategies to generate new business leads. The ideal candidate will engage with prospective clients through various channels like networking, cold calling, and social media, presenting tailored marketing solutions to meet their needs. You will also be responsible for negotiating contracts, closing deals, and maintaining strong client relationships. Collaboration with marketing, creative, and account management teams is essential to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.

Responsibilities and Duties

Perform market research to identify potential clients and analyze industry trends. Oversee both internal and external projects involving various entities. Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities. Leverage multiple channels (networking, cold calling, social media, etc.) to find and approach potential clients. Engage with prospective clients to assess their marketing needs and offer customized solutions. Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve or surpass sales goals. Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with both existing and new clients. Collaborate closely with the marketing, creative, and account management teams to ensure client requirements are met.

Qualifications and Requirements

Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Business Development or Sales. Proficient in English
