SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Description

The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for conducting product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, building and maintaining relationships with both new and existing customers, and developing business opportunities in the market. This role involves meeting monthly sales objectives, identifying and qualifying leads through various channels, and converting them into long-term clients. The executive will handle customer feedback to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues while regularly reporting on business development activities, progress, and outcomes.

Responsibilities and Duties

Present product demonstrations to prospective clients and deliver engaging presentations. Build and nurture relationships with both new and existing customers. Expand the current business market to drive growth. Achieve monthly sales targets and objectives. Identify and qualify leads from various sources. Convert leads into long-term clients through effective prospecting. Address customer feedback to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues. Provide regular reports on business development activities, progress, and results.

Qualifications and Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Business, Accounting, Sales and Marketing, Finance, Tourism, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong problem-solving abilities to propose mutually beneficial solutions. Effective time management and prioritization skills.
