Responsibilities and Duties

- Provide direction, coaching, and mentoring to team members and Kiosk Managers - Ensure adherence to company guidelines for service quality, food delivery, and operational standards - Act as liaison between HQ and outlets, disseminating information and directives - Review Daily Business Reports, identify issues, and recommend improvements - Oversee daily and monthly operational tasks, including sales deposits, inventory ordering, and administrative submissions - Direct efficient product preparation and prompt customer delivery while maintaining service speed standards - Evaluate and improve business procedures for enhanced operational efficiency - Ensure effective execution of promotions and coordinate ongoing maintenance with HQ - Review customer feedback and incident reports; facilitate After-Action Reviews for continuous improvement - Enforce food safety, workplace safety, and standard operating procedures; implement risk control measures - Review weekly staffing schedules, manage manpower costs, and handle HR-related concerns - Set performance goals, provide timely feedback, and enforce accountability and HR policies

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in F&B operations - Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills - Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities - Knowledge of operational efficiency, food safety, and workplace safety standards
