Responsibilities and Duties

* Prepare a range of fried dishes and sauces according to established recipes. * Maintain and clean kitchen equipment to ensure optimal functionality. * Prioritize and adhere to all kitchen safety protocols. * Collaborate effectively with team members, offering assistance as needed. * Contribute to cost-saving measures in daily kitchen operations. * Participate in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Possession of a valid hygiene certification. * Ability to understand and communicate in Mandarin Chinese. * Functional English communication skills. * Willingness to work a rotating schedule that includes alternating 5 and 6 day work weeks. * Ability to work 9 to 9.5 hour shifts. * Capacity to learn and apply new cooking techniques. * A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills. * Interest in potential career advancement.
