Description

This role focuses on providing customer service related to travel inquiries and package sales, handling administrative tasks such as invoicing and documentation, assisting with travel insurance and visa applications, and maintaining a professional office environment.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Engage with walk-in customers to address travel inquiries and promote relevant travel packages. * Utilize the company's systems to generate invoices and receipts for customer transactions. * Assist customers with purchasing and claiming travel insurance online. * Provide support with visa application processes. * Contact customers via phone to promote travel packages and special offers. * Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the office space. * Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Singaporean citizens and permanent residents are encouraged to apply. * Training will be provided to successful candidates. * One or more years of relevant experience is preferred. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. * Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with management. * Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work. * Ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including translating work documents and interacting with customers who speak Mandarin. * Ability to begin work immediately or with minimal notice. * Availability to work half-day on Saturdays.
