Responsibilities and Duties

* Establish daily, weekly, and monthly goals and clearly communicate them to team members. * Organize workflow by assigning tasks and creating efficient schedules. * Oversee and provide guidance and coaching to employees. * Identify areas for improvement in efficiency and propose effective solutions. * Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and company standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Demonstrated experience as a Supervisor or in a similar leadership capacity. * Strong organizational and team leadership abilities. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Self-driven and focused on achieving results. * Effective problem-solving skills. * Ability to work extended hours and stand for long periods. * Must be available to work on weekends and public holidays.
