Responsibilities and Duties

* Collaborate with fellow kitchen staff to develop and implement menu plans. * Work closely with colleagues and senior chefs to ensure seamless kitchen operations. * Maintain optimal stock levels, ensuring the kitchen is always well-supplied. * Place timely orders for ingredients and supplies. * Manage the inventory of frequently used ingredients, keeping them readily available. * Adhere to and execute instructions given by the executive and sous chefs. * Contribute creative ideas for innovative dish presentations. * Suggest process improvements to enhance cooking and preparation efficiency. * Support efforts to boost overall kitchen productivity. * Uphold strict adherence to all health, safety, and sanitation protocols.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Demonstrated experience in a Chef de Partie position. * Solid understanding of contemporary culinary techniques. * Proficiency in utilizing various cooking methods, ingredients, tools, and equipment. * Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Capacity to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * Experience with pastry/desserts, while beneficial, is not mandatory. * 2-3 years of related professional experience is required. * Expected monthly compensation: $3,000 - $3,300.
