SALES MANAGER

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to contribute to our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives by ensuring our organization remains competitive and innovative. This role focuses on maximizing the sales team’s effectiveness, developing robust sales plans, and presenting these plans to senior management.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Achieve or surpass sales targets through effective leadership and management of the sales team. * Develop and execute a strategic business plan to expand the customer base and solidify market presence. * Manage the recruitment, goal setting, coaching, and performance evaluation of sales representatives. * Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships by understanding their needs and acting as a trusted partner. * Implement new sales plans and initiatives to drive performance improvements. * Present detailed reports on sales, revenue, and expenses, along with realistic and data-supported forecasts, to the management team. * Identify emerging markets and shifts in the market landscape while staying informed about new products and the competitive environment. * Identify opportunities and formulate strategies to increase sales revenue. * Perform other related duties as directed by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field. * Demonstrable prior success as a sales representative or sales manager, with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding established targets. * Dedication to continuous professional development through participation in workshops, seminars, and industry events. * Proven ability to communicate, present information, and influence effectively at all levels of the organization. * Demonstrated ability to manage the sales process from initial planning to closing deals. * Strong business acumen and in-depth industry knowledge. * Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management abilities. * Knowledge of data analysis and report writing. * Ability to understand and adhere to organizational policies and procedures. * Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
