SunnyHills story begins in the sunny and rugged countryside of Bagua Mountain (八卦山) in central Taiwan. Set up in 2008 in Nantou, Taiwan, SunnyHills is a specialty bakery offering authentic and fresh pineapple cakes that are traditionally sourced, made, and baked in Taiwan. Committed to only using all-natural and fresh ingredients, SunnyHills operates not just as a bakery or a shop, but also as a farm that supplies its own pineapples, making it a true Farm-Bakery-Store concept.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Achieving monthly sales, delivering service and operations excellence • Engages in innovation and productivity initiatives for the store • Drive seamless customer experience across channels • Sales Associate handles order fulfilment processes for customers in-store 　and online • Communicates well and thrives in a team environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 2-3 years sales working experience • ‘O’ Level/ Diploma or relevant qualifications • Pleasant and well-groomed • Sales Associate operates in a fast-paced, diverse, and customer-centric 　store environment (drive, efficiency, and assertiveness) • As the first point-of-contact in store, he/she serves as the ambassador of 　the organization (Highly motivated and service-oriented individual) • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Leaves

• Annual leave starts from 7 days and will increase yearly

Working hours

• 10am-7pm / 1pm-10pm Alternate between 5 and 6 days work week
