Responsibilities and Duties

We are looking for a competent, motivated, and ambitious Business Development Specialist (Corporate) to join our team. If you love finding new business opportunities and managing relationships with existing clients, this job is for you! You'll be directly responsible for the maintenance and expansion of our customer base. We are expecting you to have skills and experience in sales and in customer service, that you are self-driven and result oriented. Role and Responsibilities: • 3+ years of experience as a Sales Account personnel or similar role • Set and manage sales goals and quotas, Good negotiation skills • Manage the entire sales cycle • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills • Assist in finding prospects and leads • Identify new sales opportunities • Identify opportunities to up-see and cross-sell • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success • Good time-management skills • Great interpersonal and communication skills • Able to multi-task and work well independently as well as with different stakeholders • Positive attitude and a keen interest to learn • Ability to interact with customers, team members, and third parties

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Marketing or Business Administration, or Related • At least 3+ years experience in retailing consumer insights • Experience in measuring the impact of the implementation, and zeroing in on qualitative & quantitative lessons • Strong analytical skills – i.e. ability to work “hands-on” with multiple sources of data and information to generate insights and make recommendations • Proven experience and track record in corporate sales

• Annual leave starts from 7 days and will increase yearly

Working hours

• Mon-Fri 9.30am to 6.30pm
