Description
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic leader to manage a vibrant dining establishment specializing in Northern Indian cuisine. This role requires an individual who can cultivate an exceptional guest experience, lead a talented team, and ensure smooth, efficient daily operations. You will be instrumental in maintaining high standards of quality and service, creating a welcoming and memorable atmosphere for our guests.
Responsibilities and Duties
* Manage and monitor the department's financial resources, including payroll, associated expenses, and food and beverage costs. * Contribute to the development of the department's annual financial plan. * Regularly track and assess department costs, comparing them to the established budget, and report any discrepancies to senior management for prompt action. * Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior food and beverage and kitchen management. * Assist in the execution of food and beverage service functions. * Support the administrative aspects of food and beverage marketing and kitchen operations. * Receive and distribute essential food and beverage and kitchen-related information to team members. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date food and beverage and kitchen reports, adhering to established standards and timelines. * Foster collaboration with other departments, understanding their responsibilities and working cooperatively. * Perform other administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements
* A minimum of three years of supervisory experience within food and beverage operations. * Deep understanding and knowledge of Northern Indian cuisine. * Proven ability to interact professionally and positively with guests, employees, and external parties. * Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English. * Strong computer literacy. * Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
