Business Development Manager - North Indian Restaurant

Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, revenue, and market presence.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. - Identify and pursue new clients, manage key accounts, and cultivate long-term relationships. - Create proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure profitable sales and high customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with culinary, marketing, and other internal teams to support business development initiatives. - Track progress against targets, analyse performance metrics, and report to senior management.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Proven experience in sales, business development, and restaurant management, preferably with North Indian cuisine. - Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred. - Strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills. - Excellent communication and presentation abilities. - Analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
