Restaurant Operations Manager

Responsibilities and Duties

- Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and other operational protocols. - Lead, motivate and manage the team to achieve desired business results. - Supervise, guide and train all personnel to maintain customer satisfaction. - Establish and align monthly targets for sales turnover, food and labor costs, and operating expenses. - Monitor, control, and report all Profit and Loss (P&L) line items. - Manage stock and setup in line with brand standards. - Understand the menu and provide recommendations to guests. - Interact with guests, take orders and ensure quality service. - Maintain a clean and well-kept workplace. - Ensure compliance with SFA regulations. - Handle customer feedback and service recovery. - Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience - Strong communication and presentation skills - Experience in profitability and costing analysis - Possess basic food hygiene certification - Barista/Bartender training is a plus
