Assistant Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a proactive and supportive Assistant Manager to work alongside our Executive Chef and Restaurant Manager. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the outlet, driving exceptional guest experiences, and maximizing profitability across all functions. Responsibilities and Duties

* Maintain a strong focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction. * Lead and guide the restaurant team effectively. * Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant, including regular checks of tables and service stations. * Uphold rigorous standards of hygiene and sanitation throughout the outlet. * Oversee the performance, attendance, attitude, appearance, and conduct of the service team. * Contribute to the implementation of strategies aimed at continuous revenue growth. * Assist in the development, training, and motivation of outlet staff. * Guide the team to consistently exceed service standards and achieve set goals. * Maintain a composed and organized approach when faced with demanding situations. * Assist with the procurement of necessary office supplies and ensure adequate stock levels. * Hold team members accountable for their performance and administer disciplinary action when required. * Take a forward-thinking approach to coaching and mentoring team members. * Undertake other related tasks as assigned by your direct supervisor.
