We're seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to lead and guide one of our work shifts. You'll be the key point of contact for your team, providing guidance and support while contributing to overall team success.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Ensure team members achieve and maintain expected performance levels. * Clearly communicate instructions and directives to team members. * Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy working environment for all team members. * Ensure all deadlines are met consistently. * Approve and accurately track team member work hours. * Promote and ensure excellent customer service at all interactions. * Monitor and report on team performance using key performance indicators. * Accurately maintain records and generate performance reports.
