We are hiring a dedicated Operations Supervisor to lead and support our daily activities. In this role, you’ll be responsible for organizing team tasks, maintaining workflow, monitoring performance, and ensuring operations run smoothly, especially during peak periods including weekends and public holidays. We’re looking for someone with proven leadership skills, a solution-driven mindset, and the ability to manage time and people efficiently in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities and Duties

*Set clear daily, weekly, and monthly goals and communicate them effectively to the team *Plan and coordinate tasks by assigning roles and preparing shift schedules *Supervise and provide guidance to team members during operations *Observe team performance and suggest practical process improvements *Promote and enforce workplace safety standards and operational procedures *Step in to resolve workflow issues and maintain smooth operations *Ensure all activities align with the company’s quality and compliance standards

Qualifications and Requirements

*Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or team-leading role *Strong leadership and organizational abilities *Excellent communication and interpersonal skills *A self-starter with a goal-oriented attitude *Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure *Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods *Must be available to work on weekends and public holidays
