*Oversee all daily restaurant activities, ensuring smooth coordination between service and kitchen teams. *Lead and support staff in delivering prompt, courteous, and top-tier customer service. *Maintain and enforce high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and overall service quality. *Track inventory levels, manage supply orders, and maintain strong supplier relations. *Address customer concerns or feedback with professionalism and a solutions-first mindset. *Organize employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficiency across all shifts. *Monitor sales performance, manage expenses, and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets. *Ensure strict adherence to workplace safety and sanitation protocols. *Collaborate with culinary and marketing teams on in-house promotions, events, or seasonal offerings.

Qualifications and Requirements

*Demonstrated experience in a managerial role within the food & beverage or hospitality industry. *Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on motivation and team-building. *Effective communicator with the ability to handle conflict and solve problems quickly. *Sound understanding of restaurant workflows, budgeting, and cost control. *Knowledge of health and food safety standards, including local compliance requirements.
