Assistant Restaurant Manager

Description

This position offers an opportunity to support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant. You'll assist with administrative tasks, staff scheduling, and ensuring a high standard of service and cleanliness.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Operational Support: - Assist the Restaurant Manager with all administrative tasks and ensure timely follow-up. - Support the Restaurant Manager in scheduling staff based on business needs. - Manage incoming reservations and follow up on business leads. - Supervise and coordinate store supply requisitions. - Assist in seating guests at the entrance. - Quality and Standards: - Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety. - Ensure the cleanliness of all tables, service stations, and equipment. - Ensure staff adhere to company uniform and grooming standards. - Staff Training and Development: - Maintain a training system to ensure staff have the necessary skills to perform their jobs effectively. - Guest Relations: - Assist in handling guest complaints and feedback with tact. - Additional Duties: - Perform other duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager.
