Responsibilities and Duties

- Conduct regular patrols and monitoring activities within the hotel premises. - Respond to alarms, investigate, and assess situations promptly. - Assist guests and staff with security-related needs and follow up with investigations when required. - Accompany Front Desk staff in investigating irregularities in guest rooms and public areas. - Monitor CCTV systems for suspicious activities. - Perform other duties assigned by the Security Supervisor.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Valid Security Officer License. - Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. - Knowledge of security protocols and procedures. - Physically fit and alert with strong attention to detail. - Problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure. - Willing to perform rotating shifts.
