Responsibilities and Duties

* Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional manner. * Take customer orders accurately and provide helpful recommendations from the menu, including specialty dishes and drinks. * Serve food and beverages promptly and in accordance with established service standards. * Ensure all guest needs are met efficiently and attentively, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. * Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of food and beverages. * Assist with setting and clearing tables, maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting dining area. * Address customer inquiries, handle complaints, and fulfill special requests in a courteous and professional manner. * Accurately process customer payments using POS (point-of-sale) systems. * Assist with ensuring the restaurant is well-stocked with necessary supplies and support inventory management as needed. * Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations. * Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Previous experience in a customer service or restaurant setting is preferred, but not mandatory. * A passion for the culinary arts and culture is a plus. * Knowledge of specific cuisine and beverages (e.g., sake, tea, sushi) is an advantage. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. * Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a professional appearance. * Ability to multitask and remain composed in stressful situations. * A willingness to learn and grow within a hospitality-focused setting. * Availability to work weekends and holidays is essential.
