Description
We are looking for a driven and customer-focused individual to manage in-store and online interactions, process E-commerce orders, and maintain accurate inventory. You will engage customers on platforms like TikTok and WhatsApp, handle inquiries, provide after-sales service, and schedule jewelry repairs. The role includes achieving sales targets, promoting products, ensuring visually appealing displays, and supporting smooth fulfillment processes. A commitment to excellent service and client satisfaction is key to success in this role.
Responsibilities and Duties
* Interact with customers on TikTok by responding to comments and inquiries. * Maintain accurate product availability by updating Shopify inventory records. * Provide after-sales support, including follow-ups, feedback collection, and offering promotions. * Perform daily stock counts to ensure accurate inventory management. * Handle customer calls and provide assistance as needed. * Support retail and E-commerce clients with exceptional service. * Respond promptly to customer inquiries across chat platforms (FB Messenger, Instagram, Carousell, WhatsApp, Email) and inbound calls. * Assist with scheduling jewelry repairs for customers. * Stay knowledgeable about company products, services, and general information. * Process E-commerce orders from start to finish. * Address complaints or feedback professionally and effectively. * Strive to enhance client satisfaction. * Drive revenue growth through sound product recommendations. * Participate in additional tasks or projects as assigned. * Collaborate with operations to ensure a seamless fulfillment process. * Promote jewelry products and services to both walk-in and online customers. * Address customer queries in-store and online. * Be self-driven and focused on achieving monthly sales targets.
Qualifications and Requirements
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service. * Retail or jewelry experience is a plus. * Passionate about helping others and enhancing client satisfaction. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Competent in handling complaints and feedback professionally. * Excellent phone etiquette with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. * Positive attitude with the ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work effectively. * Proficiency in spoken English, Mandarin, Bahasa, and additional languages to communicate with a diverse clientele. * Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
