This role demands a proactive approach to customer interaction, accurate order processing using a point-of-sale system, and a deep understanding of our menu offerings. The ideal candidate will contribute to a clean, organized, and efficient service area, while actively participating in daily operations and seeking opportunities for skill enhancement.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Extend warm greetings to guests and provide exceptional service. * Prepare and serve food and beverages with attention to detail. * Accurately record customer orders into the POS system. * Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of menu items and promote special offerings. * Engage with customers to ensure a positive dining experience. * Maintain a clean and organized service area, including utensils and equipment. * Support daily restaurant operations and contribute to a smooth workflow. * Participate in training and development to enhance skills and take on additional tasks.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Possession of a valid Food Safety and Hygiene certification. * A strong service-oriented mindset, particularly within a full-service restaurant environment. * Ability to work collaboratively and effectively within a team. * Understanding of general restaurant operations. * Availability for either full-time or part-time employment.
