Responsibilities and Duties

* Deliver warm and genuine service to guests * Set up and maintain a neat, polished, and welcoming venue * Attend to guests, take orders, and provide table service according to SOP * Explain food and drinks items, making suitable recommendations * Serve food and beverages efficiently * Perform related Front of House duties as part of a collaborative hospitality team

Qualifications and Requirements

* At least 1 year of experience in customer service, F&B, or hospitality preferred (training provided) * Passionate about hospitality with a positive and outgoing personality * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, vibrant environment * Good communication skills and proficiency in English * High willingness to learn and adapt * Able to commit to at least 3 days per week, including weekends and public holidays
