Responsibilities and Duties

- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and excellent guest experience. - Lead, train, and motivate service staff to uphold fine dining standards. - Manage staff scheduling, recruitment, and performance. - Monitor inventory, purchasing, and cost control to achieve profitability targets. - Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and service standards. - Handle guest relations, including VIP guests, and resolve service issues promptly. - Work closely with the culinary team and management to achieve business goals. - Drive sales through upselling, promotions, and customer engagement.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management in fine dining. - Strong leadership and people management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Good knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory, and cost control. - Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Working Condition

Working hours

5 days work week. Wednesday to Sunday. Off every Monday and Tuesday.

- AWS 13th month bonus will be given - Bonus will be given on CNY period, amount will be dependent on performance - Staff meal will be provided. 1 if working 1 shift, 2 meals if working full day 30 mins per meal time - 11 days annual leave for first year - 14 days annual leave 2nd yr onwards - 14 days MC every year - Hospitalization, maternity leave etc all as per MOM laws apply - Taxi fare claimable if leave after 1130pm if OT needed
