An exciting opportunity awaits committed and experienced culinary professionals to join the team of a distinguished, multi-Michelin-starred modern French restaurant situated at One Fullerton. As a Chef de Partie, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Sous Chef, playing a vital role in consistently delivering exceptional quality food to all guests. A strong understanding and demonstration of food hygiene and safety practices are paramount, setting a positive example for junior kitchen staff. The primary focus of this role is to ensure that all food production meets or exceeds established service standards. Additionally, the Chef de Partie will support the Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chef in cost control efforts, minimizing waste and spoilage of kitchen resources, and consistently uphold high standards of hygiene and safety within the kitchen environment.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Work closely with the Sous Chef to contribute to the consistent delivery of high-quality food for all guests. * Demonstrate a thorough understanding of food hygiene and safety practices within the kitchen. * Ensure all food production consistently meets or surpasses established service standards. * Assist the Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chef in implementing cost control measures to reduce waste and spoilage. * Consistently practice and demonstrate high levels of hygiene and safety in the kitchen at all times.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Possess a degree in Culinary Arts, Pastry, Hospitality, Restaurant Management, or Restaurant Operations. * Individuals with one to two years of experience working in a 2 or 3 Michelin-starred fine dining establishment are preferred.
