Responsibilities and Duties

* Arrive punctually to prepare the restaurant for service. * Arrange tables, replenish condiments, and maintain a clean and organized dining area. * Ensure all beverage and service stations are fully stocked and ready for guests. * Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor. * Guide guests to their seats and provide menu assistance. * Accurately take and efficiently serve food and beverage orders. * Address guest inquiries and provide helpful recommendations. * Process guest payments accurately when required. * Maintain appropriate stock levels of front-of-house items such as condiments, cutlery, and napkins. * Clear and clean tables promptly, resetting them for new guests. * Maintain a clean and organized dining and service area. * Assist with end-of-day cashier register procedures. * Clean and organize the front-of-house area for the next day's service. * Complete any other assigned tasks as needed by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

* No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided. * A friendly, customer-focused attitude with strong attention to detail. * A positive and collaborative team player. * Availability to work on weekends and public holidays. * Possession of a Food Hygiene Certification is a plus.
