Restaurant Manager

This position offers a unique opportunity to lead and oversee the operations of multiple restaurant locations under a single brand. You'll be responsible for ensuring efficient service, maintaining quality standards, and driving profitability across all outlets.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Multi-Outlet Operational Management: - Oversee the administration and operations of multiple restaurant outlets within the brand. - Ensure the consistent implementation of standardized procedures, rules, and regulations across all locations. - Maintain proper working conditions for all outlet equipment and report any defects. - Ensure the safe keeping of company property. - Oversee daily sales deposits. - Ensure all outlets maintain cleanliness standards according to regulatory requirements. - Menu Planning and Quality Control: - Collaborate with chefs and staff to develop menus that are appealing and popular with customers. - Manage the efficient procurement and purchasing of supplies. - Estimate food and beverage costs and supervise portion control to minimize waste. - Conduct frequent quality checks to ensure consistent high-quality food preparation and service. - Marketing and Event Planning: - Collaborate with management to plan marketing, advertising, and special restaurant events. - Staff Management and Development: - Direct the hiring, training, and scheduling of food service personnel across multiple outlets. - Customer Service and Issue Resolution: - Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to food quality and service. - Process customer payments using the Point of Sale system. - General Duties: - Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Education and Experience: - Minimum GCE ‘N’ level or equivalent, with 4-6 years of relevant experience in restaurant management. - Skills and Attributes: - Strong communication, interpersonal, and management skills. - Energetic and positive mindset. - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
