Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to take the helm of our restaurant operations. As Restaurant Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth daily functioning of the establishment, fostering a positive image, and leading a dedicated team to deliver exceptional service. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of the food and beverage industry and a passion for creating positive experiences for both staff and customers.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring a positive and professional atmosphere. * Coordinate all front-of-house and back-of-house activities to guarantee seamless service delivery. * Train and mentor both new and existing team members on best practices in customer service. * Oversee staff training programs, create work schedules, and conduct performance evaluations. * Organize and supervise staff shifts effectively. * Address and resolve customer feedback and complaints promptly and professionally, offering suitable solutions. * Ensure strict adherence to all safety and sanitation regulations within the restaurant. * Manage operational expenses and implement strategies to minimize waste. * Stay informed about current market trends and develop innovative approaches to enhance efficiency. * Prepare comprehensive operational reports. * Analyze sales data and forecast future trends to optimize profitability.

Qualifications and Requirements

* A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in food and beverage operations. * Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking colleagues and customers. * Ability to work on weekends and Public Holidays as required by the operational schedule.
