As part-time staff, you will support daily operations, deliver excellent customer service, and contribute to a dynamic esports environment. Responsibilities and Duties

* Provide friendly and professional customer service to internet café patrons * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café environment * Assist with basic troubleshooting of computer systems and equipment * Monitor gaming stations, ensure smooth operation, and enforce café rules * Support sales of snacks, beverages, and café services * Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient daily operations * Handle ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors

Qualifications and Requirements

* Singapore Citizen, PR, or Malaysian Resident * Ability to communicate in Mandarin or English * Passionate about esports and the service industry * Strong teamwork and collaboration skills * Food safety qualifications are an advantage (not mandatory) * Responsible, service-oriented, and customer-focused
