Responsibilities and Duties

* Provide excellent customer service in dining or reception roles * Support kitchen operations including preparation and cleaning * Assist with food running and ensuring smooth service flow * Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in assigned areas * Uphold Hai Di Lao’s service standards and teamwork culture * Perform role-specific duties (e.g., nail service for manicurist position)

Qualifications and Requirements

* No prior F&B experience required (training provided) * Positive attitude and willingness to learn * Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment * Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
