Responsibilities and Duties

* Facilitate the seamless daily operations of the restaurant. * Collaborate with the manager to develop accurate demand forecasts for staffing and food orders. * Contribute to the oversight of the restaurant's financial performance, including profit and loss statements. * Implement strategies to boost revenue and control expenses, maximizing profitability. * Participate in food and beverage and leadership meetings alongside the manager. * Manage staff time sheets and create efficient work schedules. * Develop and deliver effective training programs for restaurant personnel. * Cultivate strong customer relationships, promptly resolving inquiries and enhancing satisfaction. * Ensure strict adherence to all sanitation and safety protocols.

Qualifications and Requirements

* A minimum of three years of supervisory experience within a Chinese or Cantonese culinary environment. * Proven ability to lead, train, and inspire a diverse team. * In-depth knowledge of Chinese cuisine, menu optimization, and upselling techniques. * Exceptional communication abilities. * A strong service-oriented mindset. * Flexibility to work split shift hours.
