We're seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Head of Kitchen to take charge of our back-of-house operations, ensuring we consistently deliver top-notch slices to our customers. Responsibilities and Duties

* Supervise all kitchen operations, including managing inventory and placing orders for supplies. * Take responsibility for the morning setup of the shop, including preparing the oven and baking pizzas for our opening. * Manage the daily production of our pizza dough. * Handle the preparation of all toppings and ensure they are consistently stocked throughout the day. * Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Must possess a valid Food Hygiene & Safety Certificate. * Ability to work day and early shifts. * Availability to start immediately is preferred.
