Assistant Restaurant Manager

Description

We are looking for friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our service team. As a member of Assistant Restaurant Manager , you will ensure our guests have a positive dining experience through attentive service, clear communication, and a welcoming attitude.

Responsibilities and Duties

*Greet guests and escort them to their tables with professionalism and warmth *Present menus and accurately take customer orders, including special requests *Enter orders into the POS system promptly and correctly *Communicate order details clearly with kitchen staff *Serve food and beverages efficiently and ensure timely delivery *Maintain dining area cleanliness, including setting and clearing tables *Refresh utensils, refill water, and assist guests throughout their meal *Process customer payments and provide change or receipts accurately *Handle customer feedback and complaints in a professional, courteous manner *Stay informed on daily specials, menu changes, and customer reservation requests *Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and company service standards *Support team members and maintain a positive work environment *Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager

Qualifications and Requirements

*Prior experience in F&B service is an advantage but not required *Good communication skills in both English and Chinese (to serve a diverse clientele) *Friendly, approachable personality with a customer-first attitude *Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team *High standard of personal hygiene and presentation *Must be willing to work weekends and public holidays
