RESTAURANT MANAGER

Description

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest experiences. This role involves guiding and coordinating the efforts of our dining room and service teams. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to maintaining high standards of food quality, service excellence, and cleanliness. They will also be adept at addressing customer feedback and resolving any issues with professionalism and efficiency. Supporting staff development and contributing to the smooth administrative functions of the restaurant are also key aspects of this position.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Manage the daily flow of restaurant operations to guarantee efficient service and high levels of customer satisfaction. * Supervise and coordinate the tasks of all dining room and service personnel. * Ensure that food quality, service protocols, and hygiene standards are consistently upheld. * Address customer feedback and resolve any concerns in a timely and professional manner. * Assist in the training, scheduling, and performance assessment of staff members. * Monitor stock levels and support the process of ordering supplies as necessary. * Enforce all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines in accordance with regulations. * Support the management team with administrative duties, such as preparing shift reports and handling cash transactions.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Prior experience in a supervisory capacity within the food and beverage sector is advantageous. * Possess strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities. * Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and effectively leading a team. * Demonstrate sound problem-solving and decision-making skills. * Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
