Responsibilities and Duties

- Responsible for daily store operations including sales, customer service, product display, stocktaking, and administrative record-keeping - Achieve personal and team sales targets (yearly, quarterly, monthly) - Carry out daily retail sales, introduce and promote products to customers, provide basic health advice - Build and maintain customer management systems and improve customer satisfaction - Conduct customer outreach via in-store sales, phone calls, WhatsApp, and online marketing - Recommend appropriate wellness products - Assist new team members to improve sales and customer service skills - Contribute to identifying new market channels, planning sales campaigns, increasing sales revenue, and improving customer retention

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum 1 year experience in health & wellness, retail sales, or high-end/luxury product sales - Possess N-level / O-level qualifications - Able to work under task-oriented management and handle work pressure effectively - Ambitious, eager for career advancement and higher income
