They are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, lead the retail team, and ensure smooth business performance. Responsibilities and Duties

- Oversee and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the assigned store. - Supervise and guide Retail Assistants, providing direction and support. - Take ownership of store/category P&L, ensuring financial targets are met. - Manage staff rosters and scheduling to optimize manpower. - Oversee inventory management, product planning, and allocation based on sales trends and customer demand. - Maintain housekeeping and ensure merchandising standards are consistently upheld. - Create and maintain compelling merchandise displays to drive traffic and boost sales performance. - Collaborate with Area Visual Merchandisers to ensure the brand’s image and style are consistently projected. - Actively participate in overall merchandising and inventory management. - Conduct weekly briefings with the store team on display changes and operational updates. - Manage store display capacity, including execution of merchandise and window displays. - Provide visual merchandising guidelines and planograms to stores under your charge. - Monitor competitor promotions and merchandising trends to recommend effective brand strategies.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of retail supervisory experience, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or lifestyle sectors. - Strong leadership and communication skills to manage and motivate teams. - Experience in P&L management, inventory control, and merchandising. - Ability to analyze sales data and adjust product planning accordingly. - Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and customer-focused mindset.
