Restaurant Supervisor

Description

This role involves ensuring a consistently positive customer experience and efficient restaurant operations by addressing customer concerns, coordinating with various departments, and maintaining a well-organized and sanitary environment.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Effectively address and resolve customer issues and complaints. * Maintain and elevate the standard of customer service. * Collaborate with the marketing team to share relevant information with staff. * Collect and report customer feedback to senior management for service improvement. * Coordinate with kitchen staff to guarantee consistent food quality. * Manage administrative tasks, including stock ordering and cash handling. * Oversee daily housekeeping to ensure the restaurant maintains high cleanliness and hygiene standards. * Ensure the proper maintenance of restaurant equipment for optimal performance.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field of study. * Minimum of three years of supervisory or higher-level experience within the hotel or restaurant industry. * Proficiency in spoken and written English.
