Responsibilities and Duties

- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction - Manage and lead a team of service staff, kitchen crew, and supervisors - Implement and monitor service standards, SOPs, and quality controls - Drive business growth through cost management, revenue optimization, and customer engagement - Handle staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance appraisals - Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations - Develop marketing and promotional initiatives to increase sales and customer loyalty - Provide detailed operational and financial reports to management

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience - Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills - Excellent knowledge of F&B operations, customer service, and business development - Ability to handle high-pressure environments professionally - Strong financial acumen and understanding of P&L management - Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
