Responsibilities and Duties

Kitchen Leadership & Daily Operations Oversee and manage all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and consistency Supervise and guide kitchen staff to uphold food quality and safety standards Conduct training and performance evaluations to maintain a motivated and high-performing team Food Quality & Customer Satisfaction Ensure all dishes are prepared with consistent taste, appearance, and portion size Monitor customer feedback and implement necessary improvements promptly Menu & Budget Management Contribute to menu planning and recipe innovation Manage inventory, monitor food and labor costs, and stay within operational budgets

Qualifications and Requirements

Education & Experience *Completion of secondary education required; culinary training or certification is an advantage *At least 6 years of professional kitchen experience, including leadership roles *Solid track record in preparing a wide range of dishes with attention to detail Skills & Abilities *In-depth knowledge of food safety practices, kitchen equipment, and advanced cooking methods *Strong organizational and team management skills *Experience with budgeting and cost control *Creative mindset with the ability to develop new menu items and optimize kitchen workflows Physical Demands *Capable of standing for extended hours and lifting heavy supplies or equipment *Comfortable working in high-heat, fast-moving environments *Resilient and composed under pressure
