We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen team in a vibrant Mexican casual dining restaurant group. This role involves overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring consistent food quality, supporting recruitment and training, and maintaining compliance with food safety standards. Responsibilities and Duties

* Manage and oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring quality and consistency * Recruit, train, and develop kitchen crew members * Monitor and manage P\&L results including COGS, labor, and operating expenses * Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace health & safety regulations * Support menu planning, recipe execution, and innovation * Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum 1 year of experience in a leadership role within a busy kitchen * Certificate in commercial cookery or equivalent experience preferred * Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards * Proven ability to lead and motivate a team * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
