Miele Relationship Ambassador Cum Boutique Executive

Responsibilities and Duties

・Establish and foster close relationships between customers and Miele ・To delight customer by performing product demonstration on the benefits & 　usage of Miele appliances at their home & Miele Experience Centre. ・Deliver excellent service that is consistent with a premium brand ・Build and maintain long term relationships with customers, through regular 　customer contact and events ・Promote & support sales of Miele Appliances, Accessories & Consumables. ・Attend to enquiries from customers and follow up with respective internal 　parties ・To perform cashiering duties, quotations, sales reports and monthly stock 　take functions at the MEC. ・Support of event activities to maximize the outputs from consumer and 　partners events ・Build good relationship with customers in order to achieve the set targets 　of all Retail sales channel ・In addition to the duties which this job normally entails the Employee may 　from time to time be required to undertake additional or other duties as 　necessary to meet the needs of the ・Company’s business.

・Annual Leave : 14 days (every 2 year +1 day) / Birthday Leave / Retail Commission/bonus

Working hours

・Retail hours: Monday to Saturday 10.00 am to 7.00 pm (With 1-hour daily meal break), Office hours: Monday to Friday: 9.00am to 6.00pm. It is a 5 day work week basis but split into 2 ways: Wk 1 : 6 days, Wk 2 : 4 days.

Qualification

Specific skills

・Diploma holder ・3 years’ working experience in the service industry such as luxury goods 　and airlines ・Customer-oriented, able to engage, delight customers and meet their needs ・Has excellent communication skills; Fluent in at least English ・Passion for cooking and home care is an added advantage ・Able to commit retail hours (Monday – Saturday)
