Responsibilities and Duties

- Support the Dentist in all aspects of patient care including getting appropriate instruments and materials required, ensuring patient comfort throughout the treatment. - Responsible for the cleaning and sterilization of instruments and equipment. - Carry out stock checks to ensure all necessary supplies are available. - Perform front desk duties with courtesy and professionalism, including booking and managing appointments, attending to walk-on and phone enquiries, registering patients, billing and collecting payments. - Maintain clinic cleanliness to ensure a welcoming environment for our patients.

Qualifications and Requirements

What We're Looking For: - Positive Attitude: A cheerful disposition and a can-do attitude. - Team Player: Strong team collaboration skills. - Multitasking: Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. - Flexibility: Wiling to work night shifts and weekends - Technical skills: Computer literacy - Prior experience in dental assisting is a plus, but not required. We provide comprehensive on-the-job training for those new to the field.

Working Condition

Working hours

5 days work week. Max 44 hours per week. 3 different shifts: (1) 9am to 1pm, (2)2pm to 5pm, (3)6pm to 9pm.
