Responsibilities and Duties

- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless guest experience - Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house team - Communicate fluently in English and Italian with staff, suppliers, and guests - Maintain knowledge of Italian cuisine, wines, and dining etiquette - Manage reservations, guest flow, and seating for service efficiency - Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for menu consistency and promotions - Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations - Assist in inventory management, cost control, and budgeting - Monitor and report on KPIs, staff productivity, and guest satisfaction

Qualifications and Requirements

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar hospitality leadership role - Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken) - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with guest-first mindset - Understanding of Italian food, culture, and service standards - Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and remain calm under pressure - Proficiency in POS systems, reservations software, and business reporting - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
